Philosophy & Methodology
As per Indian Philosophy, soul is considered as the real core of personality. The Soul is enveloped inside by five layers or sheaths called Koshas i.e. Pancha Kosha
‘Whole Around development’ of a child means development of all the above koshas equally and in a balanced manner. Developing one kosha by avoiding or suppressing the others will produce an imbalanced personality. So, in order to develop a balance personality, we have adopted ‘Pancha Aadharbhoot Yojna’
Anna-maya kosha: Physical body – Comprises of food and water
Prana-maya kosha: Life force – Energy
Mano-maya kosha: Mind & Mann (thought, desire & emotion)
Vijna-maya kosha: Wisdom and Ego
